Join us for an in-person training event to become a Safe Families volunteer and complete most of your onboarding in just one day! On September 12, 2026, from 9 AM–12 PM, we’ll gather to go through an onboarding information session, find out more about the needed and available roles with Safe Families, and fill out the necessary online clearance applications. In addition, join Safe Families at their Core and Pour Parent Cafe on September 21st from 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM to learn about the protective factors: Resilience, Social Connections, and Concrete Supports. This event provides a place for families and caregivers to be supported, encouraged, and well-educated in their parenting journey.
