Caring for the Sheare Family
On behalf of Pastor Tim and Ashley, thank you for your faithful prayers for them, their children, and their extended family as Ashley continues to face very serious health challenges. The most important way we can care for them right now is to continue lifting them up to our sovereign and loving God in prayer.
Many of you have reached out asking how else you can help. It is a gift to be part of a church family that so deeply desires to love, serve, and support one another in times of need. To ensure we avoid placing any unintended burden on them, all support is being coordinated through our Congregational Care Team. This team exists to encourage those walking through crisis by extending both prayer and tangible help.
If you have a heart for mercy, encouragement, or generosity and would like to be part of this team, we invite you to let us know:
At this time, there are limited and specific needs that are being met through the Congregational Care team, but the most tangible general need remains prayer. In the days ahead there will be many more ways we as a church family will be able to help and support the Sheare family, and we will be sure to let you know what those are when they arise. Please continue in your fervent prayers for Ashley’s recovery and healing!
“Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” (Ephesians 3:20–21, ESV)
Thank you again for your faithful prayers and thoughtful care for the Sheare family.
