As a church that values equipping people to use their gifts for God’s glory, we are always seeking ways to help individuals grow through ministry experience. This spring, Remember Konkle will serve as a Communications intern at Fellowship Church. This internship is designed to provide intentional training and hands-on experience, fostering both personal and practical growth in various aspects of marketing and communications within a local church setting.

Remember first connected with Fellowship the summer before her freshman year at Misericordia University while searching for a church where she could worship, grow, and serve during college. Since then, she has been actively involved in our college ministry, serves in Kids’ Church, and is part of our worship team. She loves using the gifts and skills God has given her to serve the local church and hopes to continue doing so alongside her vocation in the future, integrating her marketing and communications expertise into ministry.
Under the direction of Laura Forrester and Pastor Tim, this internship will provide Remember with experience and responsibility in various areas of church communications while also giving her opportunities to serve God here at Fellowship. Initially, our 2025 budget included an Outreach internship, with Debbie Roman as the intended intern. Since that was approved, Debbie began to sense God calling her in a different direction to focus on counseling. We pray for God’s blessing upon her as she pursues that ministry. Around the same time, Remember began to show interest in a Communications internship. We are so grateful to see how God has prepared the necessary resources in advance to facilitate this opportunity!
When you see Remember serving, let it be a reminder that God is at work in the youth and young adults of our church, shaping them into mature, godly individuals prepared to serve Him in every area of their lives. It is a privilege to be part of this process and to witness His work firsthand. We are looking forward to seeing Him work through this new internship role for his glory!
