With nearly 13,000 total students currently enrolled on 5 universities within a 15-mile radius of Fellowship Church, we are passionate about investing into the lives of college students.
Why College Ministry?
Our mission as a college ministry is to make disciples who make disciples of Jesus Christ for the glory of God (Matt. 4:19, 28:19-20)!
Our goal of making disciples is to see students become spiritually mature and more like Jesus Christ (Col. 1:28, Rom. 8:29).
Our desire is to see students worshipping, growing, and serving Jesus Christ with their entire lives.
Our Approach to College Ministry
Through Bible study, community, discipleship, leadership development, church integration, and serving, our hope is to call college students to serve Jesus Christ with their entire lives.
College Bible Study
Sundays at 7:00 pm
This study gives college students an opportunity to connect with other college students and study the bible together! Our time together includes connecting with other students, studying the bible exegetically, small group discussion, praying for one another, and always plenty of snacks!
Current Series:
Our weekly Bible study starts back up for the Spring 2024 semester on Sunday, January 221, 2024 at 7:00 pm.
What do you believe?
Have you ever had questions about what you truly believe? Have you attempted to seek out answers to your most pressing questions, but feel more and more unsure and unclear? With such easy access to so much information, it can be very overwhelming and confusing trying to find clarity to life’s most pressing questions. While the world can be confusing to navigate and understand, thankfully, the Bible provides clarity to the darkness. Psalm 119:105 says, “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
That is why this spring, we will embark on a semester-long series called “CLARITY – shining light in a confusing world.” The goal of this series is to help provide clarity to some questions that many students wrestle with, specifically about the Bible. Some of the questions we will look at include, “who is God? Is the Bible truly God’s word? Who is Satan? Who is the Holy Spirit? Why is our world so broken? And many others.
If you’re between the ages of 18-24 and currently enrolled in college, we would love to have you join us on Sundays at 7 pm!
What does our evening look like?
7:00 pm-7:15 pm, we will have a time of fellowship where students can grab a specialty coffee or tea, a homemade baked treat, and simply catch up with friends! This is a great time to meet other students and hang out!
7:15 pm-9:00 pm, we will have an in-depth Bible study, which will include small group discussion, a time of formal study led by Pastor Nick, time for reflection on what we studied, learning how it applies to our lives, and prayer! Students can expect to be asked challenging questions and pushed to study the Bible deeply!
Here’s how students describe our college ministry and Bible study:
