Celebrating God-glorifying leadership
We are excited to share that our former lead pastor, Marc Ramirez, was honored with the Randy Ott Award at the EFCA East conference this week. This award is given to recognize a pastor in the EFCA East district who transitions from their role as lead pastor in a healthy and God-honoring way, blessing the local church through that process. Pastor Marc epitomized the values of this award through the way he prepared and equipped Fellowship Church through his years of ministry and service, and through a smooth transition of leadership. We celebrate Pastor Marc’s lasting legacy and his dedication to shepherding Christ’s church with humility, strength, grace, and wisdom.

We are also deeply grateful for the leadership of Stephen Anderson, Karl Dyrli, Tim Sheare, and Nick Forrester. These men humbly submit to Christ, leading with servant hearts as undershepherds of His flock. Their devotion to the gospel and their love for our congregation reflects their commitment to the spiritual growth and unity of the church, as expressed in Ephesians 4: “And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.”
The following video was shared as part of the award recognition at the conference:
Church leadership is a gift, and we are blessed to have had and continue to have men who point us to Christ and His glory. Ultimately, it is God who unites and leads His people for His purposes, and we give Him all the praise.
This October during Pastor Appreciation Month, we invite you to take time to express your gratitude to our pastors. Let’s celebrate their steadfastness, humility, and Christ-centered leadership!
All glory to God for His faithful provision for our church!
